What this notice covers

This notice covers this website: the pages you read, the AI assessment you can book here and the questions you ask our AI.

What we collect

When you book an AI assessment, you tell us:

• Your answers: what you want to improve, what AI should do, where it should work and the systems you use.
• Your details: name, company, business email, phone number and country.
• The concept you built in the configurator, if you came from it: the work, the channels and the level of autonomy you chose.
• The language you used the site in.

What we record to stop abuse

Each request gets a reference and a time. To limit automated requests, we use a scrambled form of your internet address for a short time. We never store the address itself.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, arrange the assessment and prepare for it. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell them.

Who sees it

The Murunah team handling your request, and the services that receive, send and store requests on our behalf, such as our email and customer-management systems.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to respond to your request and for any work that follows from it. Then we delete it.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch languages, it remembers your choice in a cookie for a year, so your next visit opens in that language.

If you open an industry's page, your browser keeps a note of that industry so the homepage opens on it. The note stays in your browser and is never sent to us. Searching this website also happens in your browser: what you type is not sent, unless you ask our AI a question.

If we add analytics, we will update this notice first, naming the service and what it records.

Questions you ask our AI

When you ask the AI on this website a question, the question and the page's language are sent to our server and to Google, whose Gemini model writes the answer from this website's own pages. Please leave personal details out of your questions.

We do not keep your questions or their answers, except answers to the questions this website suggests, which are kept for a few hours so they come back faster. Our records note only that a question was answered, how long it took and how much text it used. To limit automated use, we use a scrambled form of your internet address for a short time, as for assessment requests. Google processes the question under its terms for the Gemini API.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Reply to any message we send you about your request.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page with its date.
