Inside your controls.

AI that acts needs limits you can see. This is how we design every system we deliver: what each AI role may reach, what waits for a person, what is recorded, and how you stay in charge.

Book AI assessment

Designed in, not added on.

Eight controls shape every system, from the first workflow onwards.

  • PermissionsEach AI role has its own identity and reaches only the systems, records and actions its work needs. Nothing is shared by default.
  • Human approvalYou decide, action by action, what waits for a person: Assist, Approve or Execute. We recommend starting in Assist and giving more as you review the work.
  • Activity recordEvery action is recorded: what was done, on which record, when, by which AI role, and who approved it.
  • Tool accessAI acts through defined tools, such as “create a ticket” or “book a meeting”, each with its own permission, never through open access to a system.
  • Data handlingWhat each system may read, where it is processed and how long anything is kept are agreed with you before anything is built. Your systems remain the systems of record.
  • DeploymentWhere each system runs is agreed per project, against your security and data requirements.
  • MonitoringEach system reports what it did and what it could not do. Errors and escalations reach the people responsible, and its work is reviewed with you.
  • Security architectureCredentials stay on the server, never in a browser or a model's instructions. Each connection uses the system's own authentication, with the least access the work needs.

Autonomy, set action by action.

The same three levels run through every system we build. You choose one for each action, and you can change it at any time.

  1. 01AssistAI drafts and prepares. A person reviews and sends.
  2. 02ApproveAI does the work. A person approves anything that leaves your systems.
  3. 03ExecuteAI acts within the limits you set. Sensitive actions and exceptions go to a person.

Compliance and certifications

Your regulatory and security requirements are part of the assessment. We state only what we can evidence, for your project, in writing.
