AI Automation

Automate the work between systems.

Requests, records, messages and approvals move on their own, in the order your business needs. You decide, step by step, how far AI may go without a person.

Build your AI workforce

Run a workflow.

Switch between Assist, Approve and Execute, run it, and select any step to see what it does.

How much autonomy?

AI does the work. A person approves before anything leaves your systems.

Selected stepPerson approves

The point where a person decides before anything goes out.

Approves what goes out

The parts of a workflow.

Every automation is built from the same seven kinds of step.

  • TriggerWhat starts the work: a form, a message, a call or a schedule.
  • AI stepUnderstands, classifies, drafts or decides within your rules.
  • ConditionA branch on your criteria: qualified or not, urgent or not.
  • ToolAn action in another system: send a message, book a slot, look something up.
  • ApprovalWhere a person decides before the work continues.
  • System of recordWhere the result is written: your CRM, ERP or case system.
  • OutcomeThe result, recorded and reported to whoever needs it.

Assist, Approve or Execute.

Start in Assist, and move a workflow to Execute once you have seen it work.

Assist

AI prepares. A person acts.

  • AI drafts and prepares every step
  • A person reviews and sends
  • A good place to start: you see everything first

Approve

AI acts. A person approves what leaves.

  • AI does the work end to end
  • A person approves anything that leaves your systems
  • Internal steps run on their own

Execute

AI acts within your limits.

  • AI completes the workflow on its own
  • Sensitive actions and exceptions still go to a person
  • For high-volume work you understand well

Workflows by function.

Patterns we start from. Each is adapted to your systems, rules and approvals.
